At first I thought I was in for a great treat... the reviews were good, it was right down the road from my house and they had a French manicure for $5! Well I went yesterday to get my nails done before leaving for a cruise on Monday. I am sitting in the chair getting my nails done, and the woman doing my nails said go ahead and pay that way I don’t mess my nails up digging for my money. She said it was $20, when the sign clearly said $5, she said that was the price so I paid... today a day later, not even 24 hours later, MY NAIL POLISH IS CHIPPING OFF.... I will update my review on how they handle this tomorrow...

I walked in here they were not busy I asked if they were busy and the woman said I was ...like I had interrupted her phone time snotty playing with her phone..... sat down had gotten tips at a different salon there were three left on my fingers I told her I would like them a little bit shorter but the same shape which was kind of oval and I told her I wanted my cuticles done which had not been done at the last two salons she said to stop whining and she will take care of it exact words A regular customer was next to me and I pointed out that her nails were exactly the shape I wanted she proceeded to work on my nails and Chat up Regular customer I notice she cut the tips kind of pointy pointed it out to her and she said don't worry it will come out nice as she started to shape them I realized they looked like the pointy nails that the movie stars we're not oval he then proceeded to start an argument with me and tell me she has been doing nails for 20 years and she knows what oval looks like she actually stood Berating me unbelievable I was in shock she said that I did not tell her what I wanted and that is the shape of oval said some nasty comments to me and then tried to work on my nails again I told her please do not finish should never have paid the $25 she never touched my cuticles I have never been treated so rude and condescending in my life I am 55 years old could not believe that she started a big fight with me in front of other customers absolutely disgusting I hope all her vegetables that she was talking about to the other customer while she was making my nails dagger pointy growl in her vegetable garden for someone that has been doing nails 20 years she might want to take a customer service class or how to win people over with some class no couth downright lowlife The owner needs to do something with this woman how do you call customers names and fight with them beyond belief....she actually stood up while I was still sitting down like she was in some kind of a threatening stance horrible horrible horrible do not go here

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY ... POOR AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My current occupation is Leasing Office Manager, in which my hands are exposed at all times. I went to get a manicure gel polish and a pedicure. Service time about 2 hours I left liking the polished looked. NOTE: After I was charged 3% for using my debit card I still left a tip. However, the next day my middle finger polish peeled completely off. Yes, peeled off a day later! I paid for gel polish. I returned to USA nails and asked if they are sure that they not only charged me for gel polish but USE it!? Gel polish does not peel. The lady ensured me that they did and proceeded to fix my nail. While getting my nail repaired, the owner Taylor walks in from the waxing room with another customer and states and I quote, "there is no need to act as a Brat we are going to repair your nail." Needless to say our conversation was not very pleasant after she said that to me. I told her I am a PAYING Customer USA nails has not given me Anything for free! Therefore, I have every right to question if the nail polish used on my hands was actually GEL polish! I told Taylor I would NOT be returning because of her POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Her reply was, "that's ok you only come every so often anyway." I told her regardless of how often I come and whether USA nails does them or not my nails are always done .. REGARDLESS! I chose USA nails, as I do any other nail salon. It is my money and I can choose to spend it wherever I desire. I guess she was letting me know that she will only uses gel polish on her "regular" customers. The 3 that commented below I assume smh lol. Lastly, if you are ever in town DO NOT CHOSE to spend your money at USA nails their service was average, the atmosphere is uneasy, and THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Seems as if this company is on a roll of running customers away instead of drawing them in. Save your money and choose a better quality nail salon that cares about ALL customers nails that walk in. Taylor, FYI walk-in customers could become repeat customers and then potential "regulars" but at this rate your not only will you have walk ins you will be trying to survive of the few and I mean FEW customers that the business currently has! Your business will not survive with the poor disgusting attitude that you have! CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 Needed ASAP!!

Amazing!!! I feel like a woman. Always go to USA for my nails and access hair. Love Taylor and Lee!
