I dont think I would ever come back here again. The people are really nice but my nails are already peeling off when I just got them done yesterday. My nails are all different lengths and my nails are actually sore and I didn't even get acrylic. The shape is terrible, the polish is bumpy and goes over the cuticles that weren't pushed back. Even some of my nails are thinner than the others and now I have the cut them off and start over.

This is one of the best in San Francisco. Each manicurist is thorough and they never rush the process, they are also very polite and sweet. This is what keeps me coming back.

Don’t be fooled by the 5 starts
I never seen such poor service i didn’t even leave a tip. I asked for a full set gel in the style coffin shape for the nails and my nails where only shaped on one side. the lady cut into my actual nail. How does this happen? I’ll tell you I vocalized to the woman she was cutting into me and hurting me and she said sorry but then cut into another nail. Clearly she didn’t know what she was doing. I told her I shouldn’t have to pay $50 for a job I’m unhappy with and she said she gave me the shape I asked for. I just couldn’t believe it then she had the audacity to speak in a different language I believe cantonese this to me is rude. She didn’t offer me an apology or a discount or anything. Bottom line is I’m a paying customer I’m paying you for a service you failed to deliver. I understand people make mistakes that’s fine however it’s your job as a professional to correct your mistakes, otherwise don’t call yourself a professional. In this case they lost a customer who was more than will to give a 20% tip if I would of been taken care of properly. Never again will I support this business.
