On my last trip there, I went for a regular manicure. The man doing my nails looked distracted and cut me with the cuticle cutters. He had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding and apologized.
It’s been numerous months but I decided to go back yesterday because I figured “people are human and we all make mistakes.” Had the same man yesterday. Guess what happened? Cut my cuticles so badly my thumb wouldn’t stop bleeding. He apologized but voila, same situation for me again but this time I wouldn’t stop bleeding.
They had to put a band-aid on me to try to get it to clot and it wasn’t. He didn’t glove up and my service continued. Pretty sure the base coat they applied to my nail came into contact with some of my blood as he was wiping my blood then immediately applying polish....and the bleeding had not yet stopped completely.
Never again. Unacceptable. Makes me terrified if this is standard practice there.

Rushed! Took 15 minutes to do a gel mani. Plus didn’t even let me pick my color out before jamming my hands into water. My niece had to hold the colors wheels up for me. Did my daughters mani AND pedi in 20 mins. 40 mins total! My nieces gel mani took about 25 mins by a different employee. But she needed her gel polish taken off. Her person was at least friendly. If your short on time this is the place to go. If your looking for a relaxing spa experience RUN away!! Go elsewhere. The last time I went here was two years ago and I was rushed too. I thought it was because a wedding party had just come in. I was wrong it’s their norm.

The staff was unfriendly and seemed rushed. They also say online that they accept debit cards but when you actually get there they have a printed sign that says "Cash Only". Don't waste your time.

Went because my feet needed to be buffed. Pedicure was awful, didn’t even really buff my feet, and the guy acted rushed. Over priced. Spend your money elsewhere on a real pedi. I’m currently buffing my feet myself because the pedi was so awful.

Got a pedicure and gel manicure here a few weeks ago. I was very happy with how they looked the day they were done and my pedi still looks good but i am very disappointed with my gel mani. I have gotten a gel mani before and after a month, there were no chips, these gel nails chipped a week after they were done, one actually peeled off. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
