I don't really take the time to write a bad review unless I had a very unprofessional experience. I decided to give this place an opportunity and went in to get a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I was wearing acrylic nails so I asked them to remove those since I just wanted shorter nails. I picked the same color for both my toenails and finger nails but they did my toenails a different color. I didn't want to give them a hard time so I didn't say anything out of kindness (but I def should have!). Then, the lady doing my fingernails was about to start putting acrylic nails when I had told her I just wanted a gel manicure with my own short nails. She seemed upset and started talking to the other lady in their native language. At the end, she charged me $85! I've never been charged that much for just a gel manicure and pedicure. I asked her to please breakdown the prices for me and it still did not add up. So, if you're looking to get ripped off for a mediocre job this is the place to go. I'm very disappointed and never coming back here.

I get my nails done here every other week. I deal with different people and everyone is very nice. It's within walking distance from my house which is why I like to come here often. The prices are fair and it's basically what you would expect from a nail salon no nasty surprises.

Service was great, honestly. They were accommodating and friendly. The place was clean too! My friend and I had a mani-pedi, and while the experience was good overall, the quality of the service could have been a bit better. My friend's pedi got messed up multiple times even though we waited quite a while before leaving. 4/5 of my nails on one hand had to be redone as the color started to bubble, and one of my overlays was not fully glued down to the natural nail. Overall, i might rate 4/5 stars but really it was just that there was so much to fix between the two of us before we left that I didn't rate higher.

I got a hot stone pedi and I was gonna get a gel mani. I was convinced to do the powder mani instead. They are very pushy. Since I never tried one and I didn’t know what I saw signing up for,‘I said yes. I hate it! The services are way below standard and not a great value. Everything was rushed and not super precise. While sitting there, I missed even the most mediocre nail salons in NYC. If I ever come back to San Diego, I will never feel tempted of going to that nail salon again. It was the worst! My pedicure was ruined as soon as I got back to the hotel - bad quality products! No, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Awful!

My friends & I came in at 9am before our trip. They were able to get us in and out on time. I love my nails and toes. We’ll be back anytime we’re in town. Thanks again.
