I've tried classic pedicures at other nail salons but this one has the best. They are also nice. They could have more options for nail polish though

Just walked into Nails Star and asked to have my Nexgen nails soaked off from a different salon, the staff was kind and got me in immediately. Natalie got everything together promptly and worked on my nails gently and gave advice to get my nails healthy again. I definitely recommend this nail salon! Especially Natalie!

I had been going for years and loved it. I used to go there every other week and spent nearly 100 bucks every time. They were unaware that I had been practicing my Vietnamese, and on the one occasion I opted for a basic, called me cheap and poor. Thet used to always take the instruments out of the packaging in front of me. They havent done that in about a year. And I'm not quite sure it was a coincidence that I had to go to a podiatrist a few days after I got a pedicure and was diagnosed with athlete's foot. I stopped going months ago and go to MiniLuxe.

I have been going there for years, but last night I got someone doing my nails, who seemed angry because she couldn't talk me into gel polish. I just wanted a regular manicure. I had to tell her I wanted my nails rounded 3 times, and she rushed through the whole thing, half-ass doing everything, and then when she started polishing my nails, it was all over my fingers, and not completely covering the nails. I finally asked if she was in a hurry, told her to stop, and remove the polish. I then asked, "How much do I owe you, and she said 15.00, full price. Kathy, the owner agreed that it was full price. I paid, left, and went to a place down the street to get them fixed and finished. I will never go there again.
