This is a newly done hotel with nice rooms. However, the customer service is the worst. We were not given a late checkout upon request and which is very unusual. No explanation was given. I own a hotel and have almost never denied anyone a late checkout. Furthermore, I was over charged 1 room and I pointed that out to the manger upon checkout and she said she would take care of it. Of course it was never taken care of. I called multiple times to speak to the manager and he/she was always busy and never called me back.
I would avoid this hotel.

It's a beautiful hotel. Our stay was very good. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is very good too.

We had a great stay here. All the staff from reservation to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable especially for the attention you receive. Very clean and comfortable rooms. On 1-5, I give it a 5.

Location is ok, parking could be better.Valet barely has any room for guest to park up to curve. Front desk person could be more professional and leave her phone in her pocket or away from her while helping guest. Hotel seems like it needs to be updated in certain areas. Too snug for my taste

The atmosphere was very clean & presentable with festive holiday decorations & art work! The complimentary tea and coffee stations were very convenient for how cold the weather was during our stay. The mad rush to check out and wait for the valet was pretty well executed especially given the amount of guests they had! The hospitality staff was very nice at Breakfast, greeting & being available for assistance!
