Ryley does my pedicures & fills. She does a fabulous job. Her work is very professional. My feet & nails look great.
Ryley is always on time. She is a real sweetheart, has a wonderful personality and I highly recommend her services .

manicurist: rylee is great, personable, very kind, takes her time to do it the right way.
upfront: sierra in reception is way too moody to be in customer service, I don't even care if she was having an off day ... don't take it out on the customers. visit would've legit been more pleasant if a different receptionist was upfront that day, guaranteed.
pedicure: reflecting on the pedicure, one foot was massaged for about 10 seconds, the rest of the massage was on the legs ... one foot and only for 10 secs, tops. no exaggeration. nails were painted fine. for the money, I won't be back.

Had a great experience at salon vo. I went there last minute and the owner was so nice and inviting. She took me right in and made me feel very welcomed and she rocked my nails. Great people great service.

My friend, who I am here visiting, told me all about how great this place was when she had gone before. Did not see how great it was when I took her there for her birthday. Felt rushed the whole time. They schedule their appointments too close together. I am so happy that business is good for them, especially with the events of this year, but their quality and customer service is suffering. Apparently they raised their prices recently too. I was not impressed in the least. My nails were uneven which I pointed out and they fixed it. Asked if they would be able to do an intricate design which they quickly said yes. However, when trying to do it, it was clear that she couldn't. Which is fine, but just say that when I ask. I requested her to take the design off and do a simple design. Which she did. Since her next appointment was already there she rushed through the design, so most of the nail designs aren't centered. Irritated with as much as I paid for the service and how dissatisfied I am and my friend was with her birthday spa day. Wouldn't recommend this place.
