I almost forgot why I stopped coming here, tonight reminded me! They are completely rude. I had a girl I had never seen before tonight (Caucasian, dark hair pulled into a bun, leather jacket) she had something against me from the moment I sat down. She made no attempt to make conversation. Then they begin talking about another customer when she got up to wash her hands. What they didn't know is that I know the woman who is sitting beside me. Then they begin talking about her granddaughter who I know as well. They need to be more careful who they gossip about. This made me so tense, I couldn't relax hands. And she keeps telling me to relax. Then they begin talking about ME in front of ME! I mean come on. If I wasn't already too far into the process I would have left in a heartbeat. I can tell you I will never be back and I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience. Including the two people they were talking about who I know are "regulars" there. Wish I could give them a zero.

Horrible! First time ever there and ONLY HAS BEEN 2 days and nails broke off already. I heard they file to much and I thought the same but took a chance and BAMM MY NAILS BROKE OFF! I’m very upset and they r definitely fixing for free

We received more than one recommendation to try this salon and it did not disappoint. First of all, you don't really notice it as you pass it (Route 30 - it's tucked in an L-shaped strip center). But they were packed which is a good sign. I would recommend booking appointments but we had a a scheduling conflict on our anniversary and decided last minute to get pedicures.
Secondly, this is a VERY clean salon! I tend to notice dirt and "nastiness" build up specifically on the nail drying station and it was noticeably clean. The floors were clean, the stations were clean - the girls wore plastic gloves! Nice massage chairs and both Tu and Jessica were fun and friendly. They did a very nice job.
I love to support privately owned businesses and this will be an easy place to recommend, and I will return to get my nails done on a regular basis.
