I love this place. And believe me I've had a few hit and misses here. But I've never had a problem that if I went to Mike, he didn't try to fix it. And that's how he approaches it. He doesn't do everyone's nails, so if someone else did your nails and it isn't what you expected, let him know. I personally ask for him or his wife. But there are others that are good also. They have a new young lady in there that looks like she's the business too, I just haven't been able to catch her.

Horrible experience... first the massage chairs are broken. The nail tech never asked me what shape would I like my nails, she just shaped them square when they were rounded. I explained I wanted them rounded three times and she dismissed me. So, when I showed her what I wanted she told me to finish since I’m doing a good job. I then said that's what I’m paying you for and I’ll go elsewhere if you can’t accommodate my request. She then fixed them to rounded with an attitude. Now today only 48 hours later the polish is chipping off... never again will I go here.

Terrible. If you don't know how to do something just say that. She cut my cuticles unnecessarily and they bled. My sns manicure didn't last past 2 days (usually lasts3 weeks). It began to peel because they didn't use the proper products. Had to wait the extra weeks to ensure my cuticles healed. They need training.

To anyone who has had a bad experience, please dont blame the entire salon. I personally work here, and I take my time, and a great pride in my work, (as you can see in the photos i have posted). a lot of nail tech nowadays are only doing it as a job/source of income.. most of our techs do an amazing job, i encourage you to come again, just ask for someone different from the last time.

First time coming here and I can say I was very disappointed. I got gel nails done and they aren’t colored in all the way and they look very thick. I also got a pedicure done which resulted in me getting in an infection a few days later.
