I typically go here on a regular basis for the past 8 months. However, today, Katy
did my nails.... I didn't like them so I asked her to change them and she yelled at me in front of the entire salon...told me she is going to charge me more because I am making her change them amd then started speaking in her language to the other staff still clearly going off about me not liking what she did. What I wanted done looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Before you scream at me, please learn nail design then go from there.So long story short, I was charged 50 for clear nails. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever!!!

Great mani/pedi's. I love the hot stone massage with the pedicure. Very relaxing! I also recommend their facial wax services. Excellent and friendly service every time!

I went for a fill in and polish change. I waited for about 45 minutes as can be expected on a Friday. It's best to arrive early when they open at 10am if you don't want a long wait. I don't mind waiting for the service is wonderful and the place is clean and sanitized.

Kim is the best!!!! She also did my wedding nails a couple years back and they were so beautiful!!! If you're looking to get a good set of nails go there and ask for Kim. You may have to call ahead. She is VERY POPULAR ❤
