My favorite ulta location! I avoid going to the roseville/rocklin locations because they're rarely stocked on products, they're dirty, unorganized, and they rarely have tester products. One example is a lot of liquid lipsticks will have the product all over the outside of the bottle and all over the place and it's just very messy. I'm not sure if that's because of the sloppy customers or lazy employees or the employees being tired of cleaning up after sloppy people... but the auburn location is always clean and stocked and the employees are always very kind, welcoming, and helpful and they do an excellent job at keeping things clean!!!

Amanda is an amazing and passionate hairstylist! My hair is really thick and difficult to manage and she handled it like a boss

I love Ulta in Auburn and my friend Sheree works there and absolutely loves it. Amazing customer service

The management at this Auburn location I've encountered has always been completely rude and unprofessional. Also, I've heard many horror stories from people who have worked here. So if you're looking for a job or a nice outing to a make up store in your day, I would avoid this place. I've left here multiple times with my mood changed.

Poor customer service. A lot of attitudes coming from employees. The ULTA in Rocklin, CA is so much better.
