By far the most amazing salon I’ve been to. JENNY and her staff are so amazing and welcoming. Annie is my girl and she does such an amazing job on my nails. I recommend this place for every girl to go to.

Seriously the most hygienic place I've been to. And they're all so kind! They do such a great job and give back rubs as your nails dry.

The people are very cold, and borderline rude. They are super pushy about tips, and overall i will never go back. Plus! I asked for a gel manicure, and got a classic one.

I have been here at least 8 or more times since they opened b/c its close to my home. Today I was there after closing hours finishing a mani and pedi with my daughter. I paid and gave a $5 tip and then Jenny said that I MUST give at least 15 to 20%. That is the customary tipping, she said. But 15% of $29 is $4.35. Jenny and my manicurist argued with me and Jenny said if I don't give her the tip then she has to give it to her. I told her that a tip is optional and not obligated and I thought that a $5 tip was generous considering she cut my cuticle and made it bleed on my big toe. Jenny actually ARGUED with me! I was in shock. A couple of weeks ago I did an extra treatment on my feet for rough skin and somehow the liquid went on the top of my foot and burnt my skin and I told her but still went back because everyone makes mistakes. Will not go back again!!! I know Jenny said something because no one else was in the Salon, had more people been there she wouldn't. I asked her why is this an issue now and not in the past? I have been tipping $5 every time I go and she ignored me and said you should tip 15% which I tipped 20%. NEVER GOING BACK! Plenty of places in Bay Ridge, ladies skip this one and save some money they are too expensive anyway. FYI this is my first review thats how strongly I feel offended and the need to say something about someone. Good Day!
