So upset nails fell off in three days. No point in going back because I know they won’t give my money back or do my nails over. All ten nails fell off completely. So upset. I always tip and this time I wish I hadn’t. Smh. Never again. Lesson learned.

The pedicure work was good but the nail paint was very poor. On closer inspection there was paint on the skin and the colour was very blotchy. Glad I had the pedicure as it was needed but I won’t use the salon again because the paintwork is important too!

Came here as a last resort because all the usual nail shops ive been to closed at 7pm.I desperately needed a fill but i should have just waited 1 more day! First off the girl at the front desk was finishing a text before acknowledging i was there, then rudely directed me to a chair. I really tired to correct the lady on how i wanted my nails at least 5 times but she wasn't understanding, i left with paint on the skin around my nails and my nails looking lumpy. I was so unsatisfied i had to leave a review and i never leave reviews. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place my nails are horrible. Im on my way home to try to remove them thats how bad they are.

My 14 year old daughter and I went to Top Nailine inside the Lakewood Mall. We both had horrific experiences. I recieved a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was unnecessarily digging deep into the side of my toenail. I told her to stop she was hurting me. She patted my toes with her hand and continued to stick that sharp tool in the side of my toe the next thing I know, I'm bleeding. It continued to bleed for atleast 10 mins. Even after I instructed her to apply pressure it continued to bleed. She started pouring cuticle remover on my toe and I stopped her and had her pour alcohol instead so that I didn't get an infection from her opening up my skin. Worst experience ever! My daughter received a full set of nails. She told me the lady was hurting her, pushing her cuticles back very hard using some tool. This was Saturday 07/07/2018 by Sunday night my daughter noticed her finger was hurting and a little swollen. Today, Monday 07/09/2018 her finger is swollen, and turned yellow on the side. BEWARE!!!! Their tools are obviously dirty. The workers do not know what they are doing. Extremely inexperienced, poor service. Go anywhere else but here!!!! I will never return!

I came here as a last resort, And I will never come back. My friends and I were looking for a place that was open late to get our nails done. Found this place, showed it closed at 9. Perfect! So we thought. I got a full set and as soon as I sat down they asked for payment saying they closed at 8. So the lady asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a coffin shape. She said oh that's Extra?!? Seriously??? Why I asked, she said because it's more detailed. I told her it's the same as square you just come in more??? And this is being told to me once I already have all the nails on. She never gave me the coffin shape I wanted, which I had already paid for. I asked can you shape it more? She tells me I dont want to do it to thin because they break easily?? Um I'm sorry but I thought I was the customer?? Then I told her what color I wanted and she tells no this one's better? Excuse me but I'm paying for this. I want what I want not what you want to give me. Terrible experience.I left with square nails. So disappointed. You know when you pay for a service and ask continuously for what you want because you did pay for it after all. And dont get it, leaves you not so happy. Definitely not coming back. They take advantage.
