I mever used to have any problems with this nail salon until today!!! I made a 9AM appointment, and was there by 9AM! I told them I already have an appointment for a no chip mani/pedi, but to my surprise, they told me I have to wait until one of those people will be done! I am so upset, because I made this 9AM appointment because I have a flight at 2pm! I know!! It’s last minute, but they shouldn’t keep on accepting appointments if they cannot keep the time agreed! It’s not only about their time!!!!! So yes, I waited here and was really disappointed!!!! Will never come back again! If you guys want to waste your time sitting and waiting for other people when you have set an appointment, go ahead! Visit this nail salon!!!!

My girlfriend and I went there for pedicures and let’s just say the experience I had was terrible . The guy at the front desk was very nice and greeted us with great hospitality . But Liz, the lady who did my toes, rushed the whole time and didn’t do all the steps for a predicure. My friend received a lotion and wax treatment to her legs and feet . I didn’t get either of those . My friends pedicure started about 15 minutes before mine, but my pedicure ended at the same time as hers. Liz was rushed and rough . I didn’t feel welcome . So I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going back.

The salon is extremely clean and the owners Young and Liz are very welcoming. The manicurists are very nice. Amy is fantastic.

Love this place. The staff is friendly and courteous. It's super clean, and the mellow colors and music make it very relaxing.
