The employees at this location are very unprofessional, lacks ntegrity, rude and very dishonest! I would like to talk to the owner but don't know who he or she is. The manager was suppose to call me back or have the owner call me according to another employee which has never happened. This location done my 2018 taxes which the IRS has contacted me concerning but I haven't been able to get any assistance from whatsoever. I couldn't even get a copy of my tax return. One employee had the nerve to tell me to request my transcript from the IRS. If there is anyone out there who knows the owner can you please send me their contact info. Thanks
