Absolutely horrible. Waited over an hour for rude uncompleted service. I came in for a polish change on my hands and one nail to be fixed. The nail tech got an attitude with me cause he suggested I get a refill and I didn’t want a refill. Him and the owner was arguing back in forth in there language, the tech was yelling and throwing my hands around while arguing about me not wanting a refill and eventually he just got up and walked away. I asked the owner if someone else was going to finish and she completely ignored me. The tech eventually came back and at that point I just wanted to get my nail fixed and leave . The tech got irritated with me when I was trying to get my children under control, he banged on the table like he was irritated. I was charged$10 just for him to fix my nail and take my gel polish off. The owner first said to give her $12 . I told her no he didn't do anything worth $12 or even $10 for that Matter! I was so over it and ready to go that I just threw a $10 bill on the table and left . I would NEVER EVER EVER go there again. I usually go to lawncrest nails in the Northeast but the nail tech I usually go to quit but I will be going back and just try to commit to someone new but her prices are very reasonable. A full set coffin style is $15 and refills are $10. She doesn't overcharge you for every little thing like other salons do . Word of advise, DON'T GO TO UPSCALE NAILS.

I wont be back. I went on three occasions just to be sure that there might be at least one sensible nail tech. Considering that you might get talked about (they think the gestures , eye contact and smirks arent a give away), possibly coughed on, lied to about prices, have certain standards neglected (they completely did not scrub my feet), or have your nails cut down to the meat, Id give this place one star simply because I cant give them zero. I wont be returning. Im going to Koco Nails or MingleNails from now on. This place is pathetic. You give money just to be disrespected or given a crappy experience.

I just had the worst experience at upscale nails located 6000 N Broad. Only The owner speaks, communicates and understands English. The tech who did my feel cut my toes several times and proceeded to speak in her language while pointing and talking about Me to the other tech. The owner refused to translate. The Tec became angry that I asked her to be carefull when working on my feet and just walked away. The owner told me she would complete my pedicure but never came back to finish my feet. Of course, I was committedto getting my feet done after waiting over an hour for my pedicure to start...(soaking in plan cold water SMFH) the new tech was worse. My feet are more rough and cuticles are choped and skrewed. Please PLEASE do not go to this place. The staff and management are HORRIBLE. The shop itself is new and updated. 2 Stars Dont be fooled ladies. Horrible experience
