The lady that did my nails was very nice. However, she rushed and was very rough. There color selection was very limited maybe 10 colors for gel polish. The massage chairs were very loud and rickety like they need replaced. Also the lady that did my nails used the same tools as my mother. I know my mom's feet are clean however, all tools need to be sanitized after every use. I will not be going back to this shop. There are other shops in Fishers that are way nicer and cleaner.

My coworker came here to get her nails done today. She went over early this morning to show her what she already had and asked if the woman could take them down a little in thickness and change the polish. The woman convenience her to take them off and start over, so kristen did that. She came back very unhappy with the nails she got. They are so thin and lumpy. When Kristen went down there to explain that they weren't acceptable she is going to have to have them fixed, but she can't have them taken off because they are burning underneath where the woman used the dermal too far down, she just needs to have them rebuilt and then heal the cuts on her cuticles and the cuts around her nails from the file. When kristen went back down the woman told her she would only give her her money back if she could cut the nails off. This is insane, she isn't going to be able to have nails for her event coming up now because this woman was so careless and rough on her nails. She paid 45$ to have to go to another salon to have them fixed for probably another 45 dollars. I will tell everyone about this experience hopefully her tools are clean and Kristen doesn't get an infection from this salon. Save yourself some money and time and sanity and do not go here.

My hands are on fire. Very rough. Tgey look aweful. No choice in color. She has at least 3 of my fingers bleeding. Please dont go here!

Horrible experience. Never again. You forget that I'm the one paying. I should get what I asked for.
