I asked for a dip color, she gave me the wrong color and while she was doing my nails she cut up basically ALL of my cuticles! Then she puts my nails under the black light which I have never done for dip. My nails are very soft and bendable which shouldn't happen with dip.

Jennifer did a great job on my NexGen dip! She made adjustments and touched up based on what I asked and was very kind and accommodating!
