I went for a pedicure. They're were 3 ladies and 2 nail techs so I patiently waited. An hr or so passes and 4 ladies walk in the people doing nails all jump up like the building is on fire and tend to them . 2 were seated in the pedicure chairs and the other 2 were seated at tables. I was never acknowledged after I was asked what I was getting done. It took another customer to point out that I had been blatantly skipped. I got my keys and left. Currently writing this review while getting my pedicure 😌. Terrible business practices. This used to be my spot. Not anymore

Horrible horrible horrible job I’ve given this place chance after chance and every time it’s poor quality and professionalism!! I was the last person in this shop last night and they RUSHED my nails and they look horrendous!! And this morning toe polish came off two of toes HORRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

I love this place is the best in town to me. Ive been going to other nail shops before in the past but nothing compares to Queen Nails I am stuck with them for life just recently they was out for a week so they could get a break during the pandemic and even though my nails was bad I did not want to go nowhere but them they got my nails growing long and beautiful and then on top of that they could do anything you need them to do in there so I'm never going to another nail shop again unless they fall off planet Earth and then my nails my face would look a hot mess.. Mask 🆙

Horrible dirty little salon. I give you an F+. Y'all need to clean that place up and get qualified nail techs that do current,precise cutting edge work. The shop and workers are a total mess. Clean it up!!!!

Today was a hot mess had a 5 o'clock appointment and still here. Use to be a reliable place with staff that knew what they were doing now i don't know what the heck they doing. I have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years but think I'm going to have to look elsewhere
