Have visited a couple of times and they do a great job on my nails. Just have difficulty in reaching their business.

This is the very first place I have even gotten my nails done, stayed consistent and kept on top for years now. I've always felt really welcomed they're normally pretty busy which obviously means they are a great business in my eyes! I'm giving this 5 stars because I do feel like they do a great job!
On a side note, I went there in a hurry because of an upcoming event and not having time to schedule an appt I was anxious to just get them done and didn't care who did it! I was assigned to a woman who seemed fairly new because I didn't recognize her from previous visits. She was an older woman who couldn't crack a smile if you tickled her.. she did not once greet me or make me feel welcome at all. She failed to ask me the length or shape Id prefer before she started hacking and filing away. I'm pretty shy and avoid conflict by any means so I just minded my own and let her do her job 🙄 after waiting for 2 hours because I failed to make an appt I was hungry and irritated therefore rushing out as soon as she cleared me. Terrible mistake on my end.. I returned home (which is about a 45 min drive) just to notice how ridiculous my nails looked. My thumb nails we're completely misshaped (posted in the photos) and my 3 year old neice could have done a better paint job.. living so far away and having a full time job I couldn't just go back up there until the upcoming weekend. I was so annoyed!
I'm not writing this to tell you not to go, but simply examine your nails before you leave the place and speak up if you are not satisfied. Also you might want to avoid the lady who doesn't smile. I wish I had a name but I'm sure you'll notice who I'm speaking of when you arrive and she's the only one who looks miserable as all get out.

I have had the pleasure of having US Nails do my nails, toes, and eyebrows for numerous years. I can always count on perfection from every employee. They are personable and take time in getting to know all their regulars! I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Lena, Jason, Ben, and everyone else for making the salon the wonderful place it is.

Great nails but the best part is their warmth and kindness given to the clients. Relaxing and a definitely pampered experience every time

All my friends love them! Went for the first time and they were packed which means they're good. They did an absolute amazing job on my bad set I got done somewhere else. They were fast and super friendly. They were joking around and laughing with all the ladies in there. The people were great, the store was clean, they did an awesome job and prices were good. Found my GO-TO nail shop. Thanks US NAILS!!!
