Upon entry, the receptionist Sara did not even look up from her desk to greet us. She acted extremely annoyed we had even walked in and disturbed whatever she was doing on her phone. We were 3 minutes late and she rushed us back and acted visibly frustrated and even made snide comments under her breath. Extremely unprofessional and she should not be in customer service, especially at a spa where people pay to relax. We had a gel manicure, pedicure and a foot massage. The mani chipped the NEXT DAY and the pedicure looks horrible. My fingernails were not even cut, the gel polish was removed and new put on without so much as a manicure OR even lotion or a massage after. My toe was cut by the lady and was bleeding for 20 minutes. The woman that gave my friend a massage was extremely rude and condescending the entire time we were trying to relax and enjoy our overpriced services. I was charged $160 for a mani pedi PLUS an automatic 20% tip on top of that which is nowhere in their literature that they automatically add that in. My friend was charged $160 for a 40 minute foot massage PLUS 20% automatic tip as well. Alicia is the spa manager and I am horrified at her managing abilities if these are the type of employees she considers good. The only thing this place has going for it is the view. Do not waste your money. I have been to 36 countries in the last 36 months and enjoyed spas in nearly every single one. This is at the very bottom of my list of spas which speaks volumes. This is not a relaxing environment and the staff will make you feel like you are an inconvenience.

While the spa services were great, the spa itself lacks amenities of a typical spa. There is neither no hot tub nor sauna. Also, the middle fan in the fitness area that was reported broken in October of 2016 is still broken one year later in October of 2017. Finally, the heat exchange in the fitness room is unbearable and there should be some shades installed.
Unfortunately, there is no WiFi in the fitness room; therefore, I cannot recommend Top Spa.

Worst experience ever. Booked couples package for $350 2 weeks in advance. Drove there only to find out they only had one staff person and that we had to have services separately. No phone call to tell us. They let us get there only to find out that we couldn't get what we ordered. Never again rely on them. We planned vacation schedule and weren't just able to reschedule. Beware!!!

Newer spa with good service. No hot tub or spa available, but a pool can be used. Spa has an awesome view. Price is comparable to other locations in Key West.
