I went into signature nails a couple weeks before my wedding to schedule an appointment for my bridesmaids and myself. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. I went to Signature nails because my dad and sister go there and said they had chairs that faced each other. I didn't want to go somewhere else that had my bridesmaids and myself spread out all over the place. They did not have enough people for all ten of us to go at the same time, but they got us all started and soaked our feet and got us out of their in about an hour and a half. We had lots of fun and brought in champagne. The owner even took a picture of us for me. Overall everyone was very pleased with their nails. As I was the one paying for everyone I was pleased with the prices :) All my bridesmaids got the standard spa pedicure. I got the same and also pink and white solar nails. They are beautiful. Kim is the best!! I ended up going back in the following week because I had chipped my middle figure while biking and changing gears. They fixed it for FREE!! They even remembered me and asked about my wedding. I read a lot of bad reviews on them, but I had a great time and will go back again when I get my nails done.

The first experience was okay. I went back for a 2nd and really wish I hadn't. The gentleman doing my manicure had no idea what he was doing. My cuticles bled and he cut my nails so incredible short they looked horrible!!! The first few fingers nailed were trimmed okay.....then he clipped several down so far they bled. I stopped him from doing anymore. They actually had to have someone come over and try to remedy the situation. They repainted them but it didn't help. When I complained to the manager....I got a 20% off coupon for my next visit. They had me pay full price. Really??? I don't think so. It an unprofessional environment. Don't go!
