This review is based on my one time experience.
Customer service: 4 stars the nail tech was really nice
Cleanliness: 1 star, I was really concerned about their tools. The nails clippers and other tools were really dirty.
Quality: 2 stars the price was $55 but my nails have began to chip and it’s only been 1 week, if I look closely their is so many imperfections I didn’t see them at the time since the inside of the nails salon is not well lit.
Over all I would not return due to the cleanliness , and quality. 😓

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve gotten my nails done here they’ve popped off the very next day. I’ve gone back to have them replaced and they just pop off again. It’s a huge waste of time and gas. I’ve told the owner to refund me since they don’t even stay on for a day and she’s refused only offered me 20 bucks which doesn’t even cover my gas. I will never be going back again.

Took my daughter and sister. Paid a total of $160. Their nails broke within days and several are missing and it hasn't been a week. There are several flaws like shape and neatness. My daughter had glue all over her fingers when they finished. Never again

This was a pedicure from this place I would have paid more if I known it cost extra to remove dead skin and a decent paint job

I absolutely love #1 Nails. I would only recommend Lisa. I've been going to this shop for at least 10 years and always get compliments on her work. I can show Lisa a picture and she makes it happen every time and the price is reasonable compared to competition!
