I went to this salon with my cousin about 2 weeks ago. We went in and the wait time was not bad. We got in and when the man first started my cousins nails he was sneezing and coughing all over the place. He had his mask down and I’m not even sure he washed his hands. After that he burnt her multiple times with the drill. He made multiple of our nails crooked. (we got acrylics btw.) The lady who painted them was kind but she was sort of rude after we said we did not want gel. I went in again today to get my nails filled with my friend. The guy who did mine, Kevin who was the not the same guy who did my nails last time, was super kind but he did make a comment about how old I looked them proceeded to talk about my age to his coworker. After that he asked how old I was, keep in mind I am sort of young, and he asked why I’m getting my nails done so young and asked if I was paying with my moms money. My friend got hers done by the same person who painted them last time, Tina. She asked what shape she wanted and my friend said oval but the lady gave her coffin, then did not even ask if she wanted gel and gave it to her anyway, I’m assuming as a way to make her pay more. I’m not trying to jump down their throats, but I think there’s a lot of things they can work on there. Please we careful when choosing somewhere to get your nails done. :)

I had made a appointment for 6:15 I was there early and I still had to wait for over a hour just for them to start my nails. Then they burned me with there sander and put my acrylic nails on very crooked. I am so un happy.

They corrected another drops mistakes and gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend

Was very happy to begin with ..But now seemed to be rushed thru every time..I'm patient and polite..I want what I pay for and I tip very well..I even brought 4 new customers there..They need to slow down and focus a little more on the customer in the chair not the ones waiting or the ones walking in.

I have had my nails done here a few times but this by far has been the absolute worst! We had an appointment days ahead and I had to wait almost an hour before being seated and they took about 6 other customers before me that arrived after.. the lady was externally rough and rushed through my nails.. due to the roughness about 3 of my cuticals were bleeding and my nails are no where near the same length.. I asked for a design and was just told no, although the friend I went with got one AND although there was plexy glass my nail tech did not wear her face mask the entire time! I am 7 months pregnant and either way that is absolutely disgusting in my opinion... VERY dissatisfied, I will never go back.
