I went to Kim's for the first time and was worked on by Michelle who was fantastic, she took her time. I went for the second time today and my experience was horrible. First off the woman who placed the soaked cotton balls to remove the previous dip nails was very rough and rude. I was sent to wait in the nail tech's chair while she finished with the client before me. When it was my turn she was working too fast broke my nail, also chipped another (with the new dip powder) and said she couldnt fix. The price was $5 more than before, even with the broken and chipped nail. I addressed this at check out and they disagreed. Also with dip nails its easy to have a thick appearance if enough is not taken off the top, which some nails are uneven. I 100% will never go back. I have been getting my nails done for 7 years without any break and the quality was lousy and the service was poor.

I've been going to Kim's Nails for 5 years every operator is great at what she does have never had a bad experience I highly recommend going

I’ve come to this place many times and although many of the girls are very nice respectful professional and very good at their job there are some who are not very good when it comes to respect and when it comes to gentleness there are a couple girls who will literally laugh in your face after you tell them something and there are also a couple of girls who are very rough but I’ve come to love this place they’re open seven days a week they are very convenient and I love kim she’s the owner and over all the best in the shop honestly although I have had bad experiences with this place I’ve also had very good encounters and I do recommend The place but I suggest you let them know ahead of time if you have sensitive skin .

Tina and Mayling do a fantastic job on the mani/pedi's. Tina took the time to give my four year old granddaughter a really cute nail polish art.
