It literally pains me to do this, because I have been going to this salon for soo long and I sincerely like the people here, but, things have changed. The massages are shorter, the work is not as prestine as it once was, and some have a deaf ear and do what they want. I have not been happy coming here for quite a while now but I keep going back for the simple fact that its been my place for so long and I keep saying to myself that I'm going to give them one more chance. The last pedicure I got was absolutely nothing short of horrendous. It was a girl I never had before so forgive me for not knowing her name, but she did not listen to 1 thing I wanted. She did her own thing and completely ignored my requests, and on top of that, buffed and burned the skin on 2 of my toes with the nail buffer. I'm sure she clearly saw what she did, as they were red and stinging the rest of pedicure, but offered no apology. I had abrasions on 2 of my toes for a week. If you do happen to go, Amy and Lynn are the best at pedicures, so I would ask for one of them. Cindy is a wonderful woman but I can't keep paying (and tipping) for services I am no longer happy with : (

my sister went there and it is amazing the only thing is that my nails werent cut so i asked them and charged me like only $2 so it is also affordable

now I try to stay optimistic it seems like every nail shop I go to nowadays are overcharging you or $5 extra dollars for this or that ....pro nails in orland park is a rip off. upon walking in everyone seemed nice of course to know that you being getting overcharged is ridiculous and on top getting overcharged the work that tgey do is sloppy i got bows on the right that looked like a bow but on the left hand all five bows were so sloppy ,wjen i brung it to her attention she acted like she could not see how sloppy it was not complaining and then getting sloppy designs is unacceptable this is outrageous and ridiculous i hate this place dont waste your time...dont pay for something you dont like or want .if you going to a restaurant and order a medium rare steak but they bring you a well done steak don't sit there and eat it ..do not waste your time at Pro nails they're getting over on us

This place is terrible DO NOT ENTER! FIrst off its filthy! 2nd it took the girl over 2 and half hours to do a pedicure and a No chip polish change. My nails came out horrible! Polish still left in my cuticles looks like I did it myself , when I told the owner I was not happy with my nails she told me to come back and she will clean them up for me ? I told her I don't feel I should pay for something I am unhappy with, and that I didn't have time (Since I was already in there for over 2 hours!) and she still made me pay for something I was clearly unhappy with, small, dirty, tacky, and don't do a good job.

I disagree with the other review. I have been going there for three years and have never had a bad experience. I get the pink and white, anyone who has had it knows that it is more difficult and time consuming to apply. Never had a problem. My husband, who by the way is a Medical Doctor, even goes there for manicures and pedicures. We both had terrible experiences at Mario Tricoci in Orland Park. Most of the technicians at Tricoci act like it's below them. I even got a nail fungus the first time I got extensions at Tricoci. We can afford to go to anyplace that we want.....and we would never go to anyplace other than Pro Nails! Cindy is great!
