The studio is beautiful on the inside and everyone was really nice and friendly. Parking was kind of awkward but that's kind of out of their hands. I had a gift certificate that was a couple years old and it didn't have an expiration date but their system couldn't find it. However, they never made me feel like it was my fault at all and they made it work and I truly appreciated that because honestly that's how it should be but if I had lost the certificate I would have been SOL.
I had a $120 GC and I went in for a manicure and pedicure. It was $60 for a basic pedicure with regular polish and hardly any kind of massage or special treatment. I thought I was getting the one with hot stones for $70 but either way for the price I did expect more than the most basic of treatments. It was $40 for a shellac manicure also with the most basic of treatment and worst of all my shellac started chipping and peeling off TWO DAYS later. I was so sad and barely a week later all of the shellac was off my nails.
Now, I am pretty dissatisfied with the extent of the services I paid for and the quality of the shellac. But the nail tec was a nice lady and I enjoyed talking with her and I really liked her chair. I am not trying to Bash her or SM but I think it's important they know when something isn't working or to warn other clients of what service they will actually receive for the price.

I see Hailey here and she is really personable. The first haircut she gave me was one of the best I ever had.

Terrible service, I bought my mom a gift car a few months ago she has been trying to schedule an appointment consecutively over the phone and finally had to go in to try, when she did the manager, Mandy denied her service and told her to get out, they were "closed". Mandy would not give my mom a refund after denying her service and would not let her speak to the owner. I will never recommend this salon.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the front door because it's such a big, beautiful, roomy space... The crew were very warm welcoming. Can't wait to go back!
