I like echos, it's clean, the decor is beautiful, she keeps up with the bulbs in her tanning beds and charges a good price.

I took the day off today from work to pamper myself for my birthday. I showed up at 345 for my 4:00 appt and the building was empty, locked, and the open sign turned off. I will not be making any future appts with this salon. Thanks for ruining my birthday present to myself. And you just lost 135 bucks in revenue.

Worst salon I've ever been to. Horrible customer service, extremely over priced, and horrible work. I got my hair dyed all over color (from light to dark) and it was so spotty I literally had patched that didn't get any color on it, and cost me $172. All she did was all over color and i was there for over 5 hours. Echo was so rude and kept talking about her life like I was her therapist. When I was getting my hair done she kept leaving, she took the time to dye her own hair, then blow dry it, and do her makeup. I blow dryed my own hair and straightened it myself. I will never go there again, and never recommend this place to anyone.
