My husband and I went to this nail salon 3 different times. The first time it was a holiday and they were low staffed. They told us it was an hour wait. We left and came back and management said they would call us in 45 minutes and asked for our contact info...they never called us. We went back 2 days later when they said they would be fully staffed. We waited for 45 minutes with our feet sitting in the water and no one came. We got up and left. We won't be visiting again.

first i went to get my toes just repainted (i have acrylic on both of my big toes) they didn’t refill in the acrylic. she messed up the paint so i asked the lady to fix it. after looking closer it was still done poorly. next i went to get a full set. started off fine but the same thing with my toes the paint quality was absolutely horrible and i was getting a letter on my nail i asked her to redo it bc it was so bad. already mad at this horrible experience went to go pay it was 81 freaking dollars. all i got was my toe nails painted and a full set. if you get your nails done often you know that should be around $60 tops. they charged me for acrylic fill in on my toes when i didn’t even get that done and after i said something they tried to argue with my about it so i just left it. 81 dollars for horrible nails and experience. will never waste my money on that again.

The staff was awesome!! Jenny did my pedicure and Tom did my nails and both went above and beyond my expectations. They knew I was from out of town and not a returning customer but still took the time to do a great job. Thank you both so very very much ❤!!!

This place is huge, so there's rarely a wait. They have TONS of colors. And I love all the options they have for pedicures. I get one with the paraffin wax. They always do a great job.

Tracy is the absolute best at pedicures! She is always so kind and polite. The quality is always excellent! I only trust her to take care of me. She goes above and beyond for her customers.
