This is the only nail salon I go to. Every time I leave I am happy. I am always acknowledged right when I enter the door. Sometimes there is a wait sometimes there is not a wait. That is pretty standard at any nail salon. Van & Kathy are both awesome and I love playing with the kids!!!

My daughter and her friend got their nails done here. We were charged more for “poor tip”. Seriously?
When was 20% not considered acceptable. And then change your price at the last minute.
Will take our business elsewhere.

Greated immediately, got a nice massage with my pedicure, no complaints! :)

Worst nail experience I have ever had. I went about a week ago for a fill in. The man who greeted me, if that's what you want to call it, was extremely rude. They had children in the salon that belonged to one of the techs. While I was waiting, the toddler climbed on me and put his candy in my hair. The tech was extremely rough and made two of my cuticles bleed. While I was waiting for my polish to dry, the tech got up and walked away. The othe other child came over and started running a toy car all over the nail station and my arm. The other workers saw this and said/did nothing. The man who greeted me spent most of the time standing at the back door smoking, which made the salon smell terrible. Less than a week later and my acrylic manicure is peeling. Also, over all cleanliness left much to be desired. This was my first and absolutely last visit to this salon.

I got my nails done on Friday with the gel polish. By Sunday 3 nails had polish peeling off by Monday it had gotten worse. Of 10 over half have chipped and peeled. This is not acceptable when you pay $25 for just the polish. No manicure or pedicure just the change of gel color which can be a little time consuming. Also the tech that did my nail was very rough handling my nails. I was afraid she was going to cut the tips of my fingers and she didn't file them down smooth. She used the drill to get the old gel off and kept hitting the skin of my fingers. It was a painful and very unsatisfying experience. Also I think they add something to the polish as it burned under the lamp and I have never experienced that at another salon. After telling the tech it burns she said she didn't know why.
