I liked this cheaper place at first but the lady who just did my nails was so rude. YOU are doing me a service that I'M paying for, so you should have what's called "customer service". I will never go here again after that last encounter. I can't get over how I was just treated. My nails really don't look special either. Like, I got denied a french manicure all because I didn't want to put gel on it. I didn't want to come back to get it removed which is why I said no. She could have done it with regular top coat like any other manicurist has done for me. I just don't get it.

First time here 2 weeks ago it. With all the bad reviews on nail shops I almost was never going to get my nails done. But I was in need badly took a chance here and they 1 were great 😀. Going again today so excited. Please do not let these other reviews scare you away. Its a great nail shop and they open early 9am

I usually go here a lot, but recently they have been really bad with their customer service, they will hear the phone ringing and ignore it on purpose. I got my nails done 1 week ago and one nail is completely off. the rest of them every single one of my nails are lifting! i paid 35 dollars to have them break in a week is ridiculous. The lengths do not match on either hand and my nails look bubbly. The acrylic is really thick and there is chunks of acrylic under my nails. I am a cosmetologist and I notice that they rarely sanitize anything before using it on someone else, which is a major violation, if state board where to walk in they would get fined for the lack of sanitation. Do not plan on returning here.

I go here frequently & pay lots of tips. Rarely have problems. I just had a mani/ pedi on Thursday & my polish already came off one of my fingers which it normally don't start happening until 5 to 7 days in.
They're about $ & rushing people out & not doing a full/sincere job you're paying for.
Time to go somewhere else.
Partial refund should be given to all of us who's nails are messed up & half done.

I've seen the negative comments & I'm sure that's the people's personal experience & valid for those people. My experiences here have always been positive. I've always enjoyed the pedicures I've had here & the 2 manicures I've had here have been positive as well. My 1st mani here was 3 years ago & lasted longer than any other mani I've ever had. It was almost 6 weeks before lifting or polish chipping became an issue. As for the mani today it's BEAUTIFUL. How long it lasts-time will tell. I'll keep everyone updated. As I said-I'm sure the negative reviews are valid for those reviewers. That's not been my experiences. This is from today. The picture doesn't do it justice as to how nice it looks in person. Gel polish-VERY nice!
Today is April 28, 2018 & tomorrow is a week since the manicure. The polish looks like it did on day 1. There's beginning 2 b some lifting which has only JUST begun. I'll keep everyone updated.
Today is May 2. The 1st nail JUST came off.
Tomorrow is May 13. Most of the nails have lifted off completely. I still have the nails of the thumb & pinky on my left hand. The gel polish looks exactly as it did on day 1 when I left the salon. That's 4 weeks tomorrow since I had the manicure. Gel polish IS THE best!
On May14 the last of the nails lifted completely off. I'll be going back the 1st weekend in June to have a mani/pedi & some relaxation time before my son graduates from high school. Such positive experiences here that this is & will be my go to place as long as I live in this area.
Just went again for a mani/pedi on Sunday June 3. Was a LONG wait for the mani/pedi but worth the wait. They were short staffed & we came in as a group of 4 women 3 of us had mani/pedi. Only 1 of us had just a mani. Everything was beautiful! The wait was well worth it. This is the finished work on all 4 of us. The lady who had the silver (gray) polish had the same color on finger nails & toe nails.
