Growing my hair long so I just wanted a small trim and had the wash and cut. The wash was ok but the woman that cut my hair did not meet my wishes at all. I had told her I wanted just the very ends cut off and straight across. She cut approximately 1.5 inches off and layered the hair without asking me if I wanted that. Was not happy at all. I should have stuck with the owner, she meets your demands as you want them.
