To celebrate a special day, a friend of mine and I went to snappy nails. I would actually, I would give it a 3.75 rating. I'm from Atlanta, and I am used to a higher standard of service. The owner of the shop is very business like, maybe a bit short in comparison to the amount of time and attention I have received on other shops. I did have a very difficult time communicating to the person that originally was going to work on me. And so the owner had to step in and do my french tip pedicure and buff my nails. I am very particular about the shape of my nails and felt I did the best to communicate that I like a flat or square cut, but the person could not achieve what I normally get in just about every other nail shop I have gone to.

Ruined my nails. Horrible, horrible. They don't know how to do basic nail care or maintenance, pried SNS polish with acrylic tips off my hands and destroyed my nails. Horribly painful, I told the technician numerous times she was really hurting me, and she just rolled her eyes or glared at me. And at the end she told me I could really use some work on my eyebrows (which they also do there apparently). As if I'd let her near my face after she ruined my hands. My nails will take months to recover from being so thin and brittle and weak.
Here's a fun tip: to remove SNS and acrylic tips, all you have to do is soak them in acetone for about 30 minutes, and they come RIGHT off. Like, you can get them off with your hands. Super easy. If they'd done that to my hands, they would have had plenty of time to mistreat other clients while I was waiting. Don't go here. Literally go anywhere else.

Prices are competitive, however not ok for the lack of quality of service. Very limited nail color selection and nails chipped right away. First & last visit; just not good! I gave 2 stars bcuz nail tech’s cust svc skills weren’t bad, but he just didn’t do a good job. Left very disappointed! 😥

I am pleased with my pedicure. I chose clear nails. It is walk in. With some technicians communication is an isdue.
