HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer Service. Arrived at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and NO ONE was in the waiting area yet they were no longer taking reservations. What’s disappointing is that they don’t close until 7 pm. This has happened on at least 3 different occasions. They either need to get more people working. You don’t want to be disappointed. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or SPEND your MONEY here.

Been going to nail 1st for months. Today I go to get my nails done and asked for the dip powder. I wear my nails short, very short and been getting them done short every time I go. The nail tech I usually get was not available. So another tech refused to do my nails because she says I don’t need to get them my nails short. I pay for my nails to get them done the way I want. The nail tech actually got mad because she couldn’t do my nails the way she wanted to. Will never go back!

I went there for the first time and it was very nice. I picked out my polish and I was called in less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and I love the fact that it was also diverse ♥️♥️. My toes look great. I will definitely be back.

Lisa rushed on my nails, asked to get them in coffin shape. They we’re all different shapes and when said something to her about it she got mad. I even mentioned to her while she was doing them that they were not correct she told me it was the way i hold my hand. If I could give no stars I would cause I spent money to only not be satisfied.
