When I went in there were 0 other customers in the store. I was greeted quickly and thought it seemed nice but wow. This was the worst pedicure and shellac fill-in I've ever gotten. The job was rushed, the water was cold, the tech didn't even bother to wrap my legs in the warm towel, just sort of threw it on top of my legs for a second. It sucked. And the paint job was bad, I could do better at home. And my manicure came out terrible too. Uneven length, uneven shape, uneven coverage. And it was so expensive! $71 When most places around charge $55ish for a pedicure and fill-in. Just avoid this place.
I'm editing to add while I was there the women were all taking turns going in the waxing room to wax each other's lips and eyebrows. Halfway through my fill-in another woman came in for a pedicure and asked for a flower on her big toe. When they were done she said she didn't like it, it wasn't a very good flower, and asked if someone else could try. Instead of doing that, four women stood in the back and argued with her, insisting the flower was beautiful and she should like it. The woman ended up just shoving $20 at the tech and leaving without the clear coat on her toes because the four techs just wouldn't stop insisting she was wrong about the flower.
When I went to pay, my tech told me they could only accept cash tips. I told her I didn't have any cash so she directed me to the ATM in the mall hallway behind the shop. When I left the salon, the tech literally followed me out and watched me walk over to the ATM, which had a SIX DOLLAR transaction fee.

I never leave bad reviews I try to be positive but this place was just very bad!! I wish i would have read the other bad reviews before going but u needed my nails done and I was at the mall so I thought it was convinionte! But so many things wrong with this place DO NOT GO!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! Stopped by for a full set and pedicure. Was told to have a seat and someone would assist me shortly. Pedicure was too quick and when the lady finished she told me it was time to pay. I told her I was still waiting on my full set as I had first requested and was going to wait to pay. Her manager then comes by and tells me they weren't aware of it (although she was the one i had originally spoken to) and that I had to wait until a seat opened up. It took an HOUR and was the worse full set I have ever had, nails are not shaped and do match in length. Worst decision I have ever made, do not make the same .

Serenity Nails at Southcenter is a great place to get your manicure and pedicure. Nancy is my go to person in that place, and does a superb job on my nails and feet. If Nancy is not available ask for Dung or Mary. Will come back again!
