I used to go here and receive excellent service. I went for a pedicure before my sister's wedding out of town and the older gentleman was the only one there. He barely spoke or made eye contact. Normally the staff are very friendly and engaging, not him. He appeared annoyed to even be there. I told him a few times during my pedicure that he was hurting my feet. He paid me no attention. He scrapped the bottom of my feet so raw that they were hurting for a month. My feet have finally healed and the skin has come back hard and dry. Not only that the polish job was HORRIBLE! I had to repaint my toes the next day because the polish came off. I have never had this kind of issue before. I don't know who this guy is but avoid him like the plague. It's sad that one apple has spoiled the service of a great establishment.

Love going to this Nail salon. Everyone is super friendly but my favorite is Helen. Been going to her for last 2 yrs and she is really nice.

I made an appt one week ago for a gel fillin, the service was not great. The older gentleman did my nails I explain what I wanted and he ignored me. He messed up my nails and less than a week most of my nails were lifting up. Called manager and went in she had the nerve to want to charge for repairs and to do the complete job over. The paint job was terrible. I will not return to this shop not even for repairs. Nor would I recommended this shop. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ! Not good service.

Nice staff, this is my usual go-to. I can always expect to leave with a great foot/leg massage and beautiful nails ... without any pain, bonus! ... somehow other places always seem to nick me!

Don't go to this place I repeat don't go here! Had the older guy to do my nails it was the worse he acted as if he didn't want to at work he was jerking my hands and he didn't do my nails correctly at all until he didn't even polish my nails correctly and he was yelling at me when I said something to him about my nails not being done correct. Very unprofessional!!! Stay away please and don't waist your money.
