I've been here many times. Today I had the LMT, Katie. She was very good. Knowledgeable, passionate, and listened to my body. The room is always cozy. I like their decor. You are offered a drink and a heated neck wrap when u wait for the treatment. I'm thankful that I had a good experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received last Friday.
I scheduled an Ultimate Facial for 3pm on the online booking system several weeks ago. When you book this service, it shows up as a 90 minute time block. I arrived at Elite Spa at 3:02pm. I sat in the waiting area for about one minute and was not offered a beverage or a neck wrap. The staff member doing my facial came and greeted me and led me to a room upstairs. I disrobed and waited for her to come into the room again, which she did likely around 3:08pm. I did get a nice foot and upper body massage, and the facial service was good, but I thought it felt very short when shetold me the service was done and I should get dressed and meet her downstairs. I rested for a minute or two and proceeded to check the time on my phone and was surprised to see that it was 3:48pm. So, I only received services for 40 minutes when I typically have received them for at least 70 minutes.
When I made my way downstairs, I asked the staff person if the service was supposed to be 90 minutes, and she indicated that she had another facial booked back to back, and that she "just ended 10 minutes early". I indicated that I only got 40 minutes of services, asked for a discount, and she told the staff person at the front desk that I wanted a discount. The staff person said that they typically book the service for 60-75 minutes to include arrival time and going to and from the room. This is untrue because I just checked the online booking system and it says 90 minutes. The person who did the facial told her "I did all of the steps of the facial". The woman at the front desk said that she didn't have the authority to give me a discount, and the person who does wasn't there and "hadn't been answering her calls all day". She took down my number and indicated that someone would be calling me, but likely only "after the weekend". I was extremely disappointed, and paid the full amount minus a 10% discount I was emailed for my birthday and I tipped the staff member $10 (which I now realize I shouldn't have).
What I described in the last two paragraphs is completely unacceptable. If I am paying $90 for a service, 20 minutes less is a substantial cut in the service. Though the staff member seemed to go through the process of the full facial, obviously everything was shorter and I was still expected to pay the same price. Also, the fact that no one there could offer me a discount and that the person who can "wasn't picking up calls all day" is ridiculous and extremely poor customer service. That person still has not contacted me after I emailed her immediately after the service explaining what happened and asking for a refund.
My sister and I have been customers of Elite for several years, and I have gotten many Ultimate facials done there. I actually don't even live in MA, but I go get a facial when I'm visiting my family in Rehoboth and Seekonk. I wanted to get this facial as a treat for my birthday and instead, it was a negative and disappointing experience, and I had to pay more than I should have paid. I do not want to pay for services at an institution that supposedly focuses on wellness but then treats its customers poorly. I used to look forward to going to Elite, but will have to take my business elsewhere.

Gotten massages and pedicures at this establishment. Very enjoyable and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and professional and I felt amazing after leaving every time!

Have had the best facials and massage here. The staff is professional and courteous. Took my daughter here also for a massage and facial and she loved it.

I always have a good experience at Elite. The staff are friendly and the location is nice. The prices are fair in comparison to other local spas.
