The first time I went, I had a great experience.. The next time, not so much. One lady was verbally abusive to my friend and I, messed up on her manicure and then threatened to call the police when she complained. So distrspectful!

I went for a refill today and was told that my mom and I cant be seen. When I asked why, she said that it is because I told her she messed up my nails on my last visit. Mind you, I was polite and even paid full price with two crooked nails. If you cant be told when you have messed up on a customer, you dont need to be open...
Beware... she is sweet until you point out a mistake.

I got kicked out of this nail spa today because I didn't remember the nail tech who did my nails the last time I was there. This was my second time going there. I arrived 30min before they opened. She told me to go to another nail place that will do a better job on my nails. I apologized for not recognizing her and they still refused to do my mani and pedi. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

First time at salon to get gel nails and they started peeling off only on one hand within 5 days. I called and told them what happened and they told me to come back and get it fixed. I went back and when I confronted the lady who did it she said I was wrong and she didn’t. I told her she did do my nails and she told me to sit and it would be a minute. After about 10 min of waiting she came to me and said I would have to repay for the entire thing because “it was my nails.” I told her that gel nails last 2-3 weeks for me and it’s not my nails since it was only one hand. She refused to redo my nails. I will not be back and will let all other friends know not to come here.
