Tom is the best!! If you call and ask for him and make an appointment you won't have to wait. Tom is the best on nails. Cindy is the best on pedicure!!

So i went and got my nails filled in Monday on Labor day because my usual nail place was closed. Wednesday comes along and 1 pops off. Well Thursday comes an another comes off. I go in there an get them repaired. Mind you they came off very easily. I am not rough with my nails. Well another came off today at work an then i was just mad. I went in there AGAIN today after work and they were rude an said come back later. I said i will but my nails shouldn't be popping off like this. So i went back tonight and the same one that did them Monday told me to sit down. So i sat down and he went outside to smoke a cig!😠 Then we he comes back in he sits in the chair and starts playing a card game on his phone taking his time like i had no where to be on a friday night. So then he tells me they popped off because i got them shaped stilletto. I said i always get stilletto an this has never happened. I said you did them too thin. He said no youre the only customer who has needed 3 repairs. I said i have been getting my nails done for 10 years an this has never happened. He said well you should have got them square. Then he proceeded to tell me that i should have came on a weekday because they are busy..i said i shouldn't have had to come here for another 2 weeks an i work 5 days a week. In other words he had every excuse in the world to make it seem like it was my fault for my nails breaking. Then the older lady that works there started talking to him in her language and then in english said "you have been doing nails for 20 years." Basically saying it was not his fault for my nails coming off left and right. I have never been so upset and mistreated. Like can we not be childish and just admit you made a mistake on mg nails? My boyfriend was outside waiting for me an he asked me "what is that guy impatient or something?" I said no were frustrated because i have to keep coming in here and its inconvenient. I will never ever go here again!!!!!!!! P.S ladies...never cheat on your nail place. Shoutout Lee nails in New Bern for ALWAYS doing an excellent job on my nails. ✌

Been going there for a long time know. Love it, never had a problem, well other than having to wait, lol!! Kim has been doing my nails for about a year now and she does a wonderful job.
