Today was my first time here, but certainly not the last. This is by far the best salon that I have ever visited. Very friendly staff, and what a professional, state of the art business! My full service procedure was everything that I expected, and more. Great conversation, and non-judgmental. I highly recommend this spa, especially to people who live "East of the river" - it's right off I-91, not far from Hartford. If I could rate 10 stars, I would.
6/28/2018 My 4th visit with Cathy today, and again she was awesome. I very highly recommend this spa! Very spacious, modern and friendly atmosphere.

Love this salon. They’re the only one I will go to, Very clean, so friendly and welcoming! The owner is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. The salon is beautiful and well kept! I tell everyone I know to come here!

Very friendly AND outgoing but most they are very knowledgeable about their business and what they do there ..Very willing to answer questions offer their suggestions and opinions..
would highly recommend them.
Oh and very clean!
AND pet friendly who else is better then them?

I don't usually bother doing reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience....The owner is such a sweetheart and she's the only one I trust with my waxing. I've gone to other places and she is by far the best at what she does. I booked with her in advance and as soon as I got there she took me right away. You can actually hold a conversation with her which makes the experience that much better because there isn't that awkward silence. The new location is gorgeous! Very clean and such a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed!! ***edit 2/7/17***so I’m editing this review only because I’ve been here 3 times since the original review and idk if it’s just me or what but literally within a day or 2 after my wax I have hair regrowing which is very disappointing especially when I was going on vacation. I gave her another try around my birthday but the same thing happened. Maybe it’s the wax she’s using?? I really don’t know but in the past my waxes have lasted at least 2-4 weeks....2 days is just unacceptable especially with me paying $60 every time I go there. Don’t get me wrong the owner is so nice but I’m not impressed with the work. I’ll be going elsewhere and trying to see what results I get from a different location.

It's a zero star experience for me ( cannot post without selecting a star). Booked a slot, had confirmation mailer and message. Right at the time slot they denied services. Very casual apologies and no empathy at all from staff.
Assuming business is going too good to even bother about consumers time.
