This place is okay but I really couldn't understand what the people were saying half the time! And they were a bit disrespectful by sitting on the phone with someone (phone on loud speaker) while they were in the middle of doing nails. Nail polish averagely comes off after a few days so wasn't very happy about that.

Worst experience of my life. The 2 old women with the glasses seriously do not know what they are doing!!! Don’t go!! Save the money and go to somewhere that will actually do them good!! I would recommend envy nails next to fazolis across the street from the mall!! Worst experience!! I seriously want to cry! - Breeya

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! Not only did the guy make my fingers bleed and not properly file away the underneath side of the nails, but I was told I could put my shoes & socks on right away after my toes were done. The polish should've been dry because it was gel, and it seems as if the top coat WAS dry when he finished, but the first coat must not have been dry because on the drive home I took my shoes and socks off to admire my pedicure and this is what my toes looked like ONE HOUR after having them done. Not only that, but I called them back right away to complain and they refused to refund me. They told me to come back and they would fix it, but I was already out of state and don't live anywhere near this salon, I was only visiting. They did not care. They wouldn't even refund the gratuity portion! The only reason I left gratuity was because the guy was staring me down the entire time I was trying to sign for the service. SO RUDE! That's a pretty crappy way of doing business. Buyer beware! Stay clear of this place unless you enjoy pain and want your nails to look like this!

The manager was RUDE. I did not like my nails so I asked if I could get my money back/discount/redo and he said “um this is professional work” clearly it wasn’t. My nails were lopsided and honestly looked like poop. $48 dollars down the drain people! Never again.
