Nice staff, cool water, drafty room = a bit unfulfilling. I was in the area and decided to get a gel mani and regular pedi this afternoon. I had gotten serviced by a really well intentioned worker, but my discomfort became evident early on when the pedicure basin was filled with cool water. I mentioned 5 times that the water was too cold, but in their final attempt to accommodate my requests, it became apparent that the water could not get warmer than luke warm. I left on my coat because the temperature felt chilly in the room, too. There were only two workers that day assisting customers; the owner & her mom. Then, when my manicure began, the manicurist was pushing back my cuticles, but it really hurt. So, I asked her if she could soak my nails, first. Isn't that common practice to soak? Finally, there was some relief when she soaked my nails, in cool tap water (wish it was warm water) Unfortunately, she used very little gel nail polish so sparingly, that by the 3rd coat there was so much unevenness in my polish, that the seasoned worker spent so much time trying to coverup the sparsely covered areas of my nails with the polish. The manicurist really tried to accommodate and overcome language challenges, but I'm uncertain if I will ever be returning to A.T. Nails, again. The owner, only intervened when I requested her assistance.

I have been going here for a while and the staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. I have gotten ANC and pedicures, and always very pleased at the results. It's best to make an appointment, but not necessary. The cost is very reasonable, they do a great job, and the place is clean. What more could you ask for?

Employees are very nice, but the salon is not appropriately staffed. Only two manicurists after 5pm so there's a wait.

The only place I will go, polite staff and fabulous results. The clients are not rushed and you get what you deserve. If life is in the fast lane and you don't know how to appreciate relaxation, as some appointments may go a bit longer than expected, this is not the place for you. But do remember when you are out there looking for a great pedicure and manicure that you passed this one by. Make an appointment and hold your tongue if you don't get in at the time you expected.
