I'm usually pretty satisfied when I come here. Only giving it 3 stars this time because I went to get a pedicure and asked the lady before she even started if she could add acrylic to my big toe because the toenail had broke. I asked her 3 times to make sure she understood what I was asking for and she told me YES. She finished the pedicure and calls someone else to come over just to tell me that she doesn't know how to do acrylic & the ones that do know how won't have time to do it until 3 hours later. So that was a big disappointment because I could have just went somewhere else.

My experience at City Nails was great, as always. Very pleased with manicures/pedicures there and feel comfortable with Donna, Ryan & Ann. They are professionals!!!

Worst experience ever so disappointed with everything. To top it off she cut the tip of my finger with nail nippers

the man took his time . very nice shaping ! I absolutely love my nails . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
