I wish I could rate 0 stars , I never write reviews but this experience was HORRIBLE. They cannot shape a nail to save their life and just keep going even when they know they messed up . A full set shouldn’t take 2hrs and 30mins to do either , NEVER will I come back here !

I’ve been going to them for years off and on .. I drive about 20 min to go to them .. I always look at how they do my nails because sometimes they make them too lumpy. Tony has been doing my nails. .. Well today I asked him to make sure they weren’t lumpy . He got an attitude and started telling me “ if I don’t like how he does my nails don’t come back “ “ he knows what he is doing “... I told him I can look at my nails and tell him how I want it if I feel. He was in the middle of doing my nails so I didn’t want to get too ignorant with him. I can , but I didn’t .
He was RUDE and if I’m paying 35.00 for overlay and gel I can tell you how I want my nails ... I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER ! I usually leave a good tip, but I paid the $35 and left .. He also stated “ you come in here and pay $20” l said not , I pay $30. Almost like he’s saying they are cheap so I shouldn’t have a say . Excuse the HELL out of me . I can afford to pay more at another shop that’s why I tip so good .. I went there because every since I moved to Glen Burnie I’ve enjoyed going there .. Not because of the prices .. So you feel SINCE you think your prices are cheap we can’t say how we want our nails ?!??
Tony must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning if thought I wasn’t going to say how I want and like my nails. As I always do and always will.
As bad as I wanted to get loud and tell him about himself I remained calm got my nails done paid the $35 and left .. I’ll be going to Annapolis mall to get my nails done like I go for my eyebrow threading from now on.. I’ll miss Kevin doing my pedicures at this shop .. Kevin is the best!! BUT I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER !!

Horrible pedicure. $25 and that's not with a massage. The overall experience wasn't even worth it. I won't go back.

Terrible always empty I walked in to get my nails done yesterday I asked for helped and no one was willing to help me the workers are very ignorant... dont waste your money
