I go there for my nails only. And I only go to Ivy. Her work is perfect all the time. She is a pleasant person too. I recommend place to a co-worker and she going there now too. To a different lady, but also very satisfied.

I don't recommend you get your hair done in this salon. I went in for a color, trim and blow dry. Monica did the color and she kept complaining about my curly.hair. She started to put the color on and then left me with 1/2 my head colored to wash out another women’s color. I waited about 30 minutes and she finally returned to finish the color. I waited another 20 minutes and I told her the chemical from the color was burning and she ignored me for another 15 minutes. When she finally washed out the color it was purple in the front and cooper in the back. Kevin was supposed to cut/blow my hair and he took someone who came in after me before me. They didn't even try to correct the color of talk to me. So of course i walked out without paying. Btw. There was a Latina lady who also has curly hair getting her hair done by Kevin. When I was leaving she was arguing with him over the blow dry and the different price they gave her. I will never go back to this place. If your a hair dresser you should be able to do all different types of hair. And you should definitely not be allowed to be a colorist if you are not experienced with hair dye.

I went to this salon as few times for color.
This girl Monica was always complaining to me about the small tips she got from her customers. I always tipped her pretty welk.
The last time I was there, she was ready to wash the dye out of my hair and a customer walks in and she leaves hanging. Finally after waiting another ten min, someone else came over to wash out the dye.
Last time. I will not gi back.
Monica is only interested in how much money she can make.

Booked someone to do my hair a week in advance and they cancelled the day before. I was told another person will do it but they couldn't do the style I asked for. Very dissatisfied
