You’d be better off going somewhere else. Biggest joke of a company, try to make you responsible for things that’s not your fault because they don’t want to be held liable to the owner. Also he staff seems snobby when you walk in just to pay your rent

Western management was very professional and helpful getting me the home I needed! The place was clean and the process was fairly easy. Brian was great showing me places and searching for exactly what o wanted!

Don’t even bother applying if you don’t have a credit score. Not young adult friendly. Was told my boyfriend, cousin, and I weren’t eligible for a co-signer with absolutely no reasoning behind it. We were also told we would get a call as to why we weren’t eligible but never did, and no one answered the phone after that. We made more than double the rent, so there was absolutely no reason to not rent to us. Good rental history, always made our rent on time, etc. Waste of $120 just for applying.

Avoid Brian.... actually avoid the whole place all together. Biggest waste of time, and the staff is the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. We were denied a house after it was stated my roommate was late on rent, which she asked if she could send receipts to disprove that, to which he replied “must be a mistake, you’re still not getting the house”. We attempted to rent the same house a month earlier before it was put on the market, and we were told we had been approved then. Not sure if he has no idea what he’s doing or just like to change his mind, but I wouldn’t waste your time on Western Management!

I actually really liked living there. Seemed to fix things in a timely manner and I absolutely loved the apartment. However moving out was a terrible experience. I got less than half my security deposit back. Overcharged for things that needed to be "replaced", but the worst was how much they charged for cleaning. I cleaned the apartment with my mothers help and we both were professional house cleaners in the past for many years, but in their letter to me it need 5 hours of cleaning, and at $30 an hour. I was shocked.
Also since I was not able to do a walk through after they checked it, I was moving across state and had to leave, they mailed me the papers about the walk through. Apparently those couple days it took in the mail they charge you for rent for each day it takes to mail that to you. If they would've informed me I would've made other arrangements, but they said it was just fine for me to leave after cleaning and they would send the papers, they just conveniently didn't mention I would be charged rent.
