I decided to treat myself to a day out at the nail salon—after not going to one in years. This place was decorated nicely and has impressive massage chairs. I also noticed that they offer drinks (and other salon services here). I enjoyed my pedicure, which was $40. I am going to recommend this place to my family and friends.

I went in based off the good reviews I saw online, I was in the area and in dire need of a pedicure. I went in and was helped right away. They took me to the chair and there was a fake nail that came off of someone’s hand in the chair, I told the gentlemen and he just wiped it off with a towel, he didn’t even sanitize the chair. Next I was handed a menu that was filthy, the menu had something caked onto it. I was trying not to make a big deal because the gentleman helping me was an older man and as a business owner I know what staffing issues are like in this pandemic. He did a wonderful job with the massage and removing my calluses. However, when it came down to the painting of my toenails it was bad. I asked him to redo it because it looked like the base/top coat he put on was old and clumpy. He didn’t, he just went over it again making it worse. I asked him twice if he could redo it completely but using a different base/top coat and then painting over it with the color but he refused. He said it looked fine. I have a newborn baby and it’s almost impossible for me to leave her and get a pedicure so for him to not even do it or get someone else to that can see better was frustrating.I didn’t want to raise my voice and make a scene but the other workers could see my frustration and didn’t help out. They even had the nerve to ask if I’m staying for my shellac manicure and got upset when I said no. I left in a hurry and as soon as I got home my husband saw the painting job and could not believe they let me leave like that. It looked like a child painted my nails. I removed the polish and had to paint them myself. A waste of $55, I’ll never return.

Sydney did an AMAZING job on my nails. It was my first time getting a dip powder manicure and she explained everything so well. She paid attention to every detail and took her time. I never felt rushed even when more customers started walking in. She made sure they were perfect and was friendly the whole time. Will definitely be coming back for her!

I recently just visited this place and it felt shady. I called in and asked how much a color change shellac for my hands and a regular polish change on my toes would be. The lady said $35 so I went over. Low-and-behold I’m charged $60??? The nail technician that worked on me (same person that talked to me over the phone) left by the time I paid, but the front desk person apparently called her and asked how much and she even said $60….. I found the loophole guys. They’re telling prices differently over the phone and then completely changing it without telling you after they’ve done their service on you. Stay away

So the first time I went here everything was great but the second time i return I brought my family members and we got four sets of nails everybody got a different design and length I got the most basic nails of all that you can think about and extremely short we are paid over $60 for our sets which I don’t understand if we are Got differently designs and I myself got something very basic I think they just change the price on us and I feel like that was not right also my sister nails were very bad and when we told them they still charges us $10 extra even though the way they painted them was very off and not covered fully it was very lack of job do not recommend this place
