I’ve been to Top Nails & Spa many times, and they have provided me with excellent service mostly every time. Today I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and everything went well until the woman waxing my eyebrows showed me the results... my eyebrows didn’t look even, and there was still a lot of hair left untouched so I kindly asked her to go over the area AGAIN. When she showed me again she asked if it was alright after rushing through it and I said “it’s fine”. I didn’t want to be rude, so I just didn’t tip her and let it be. However I will not be returning and I’m very disappointed in the lack of effort, customer care, and patience this company is now providing.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon! I am so picky about how mine are done but they listen to you and do a phenomenal job! Their pedicures are amazing too!

Best little nail place in Orlando. Reasonable prices and a full 10 minutes on the leg massage. Wonderful employees and a great mani / pedi for $45.

Extremely rude customer service!! Please stay away. They don't like you comimg back to fix stuff. Nail chipped two days after manicure...what am I expected to do?!!! As for the very rude comments & attitude of the girl who attended to me (refusing to give the mgr's name & then disclosing she was the mgr...?!), not even worth my time at this point. Not even worth a star👎👎👎
