If I could rate this a 0 I would gladly do it. Why is this place even open? Manager need to go. Unprofessional, and let’s not even talk about their customer services. I experienced racism which I usually don’t let bother me but I let that place in tears. First and last time here.

I had an excellent experience with this nail salon. They did a great job with my my pedicure and manicure. It's been almost 3 weeks and it's still intact with no chips! Would come back if I ever visit Boston again.

If I could get my money back I would! She did such a rush job, she cut my finger twice the second one you can’t see in the picture because she painted over it, my nails are crooked, and when I told her to paint just the tips with the sparkly color she said she was going to charge me an extra five dollars because that’s French. I have always gotten my nails done at multiple different salons A colored tip painted and they have never charged me ever because French tip they put white tips for your nails not do a regular acrylics and paint it white tip. So I just wasted $43 to be extremely upset with my nails. Biggest mistake ever do not go here!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt obligated this time. I got an infection on one toe from a pedicure I got here. The infection was obvious the day after my pedicure. The right side of my toe was red, sore and swollen. I gave it a week, since I had never gotten an infection from a pedicure before, and it became painful to walk on. When I went to touch it, yellow pus came out. I had to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic. This place isn’t very sanitary.

Was satisfied with my pedicure. My nail technician was nice, made small talk, and did my nails well. Rebecca, the owner, however, was not concerned with customer service and left much to be desired on that front. When I first entered the salon, she made me wait while she was scrolling through something on her phone. She looked as if she couldn’t be bothered. When she finally got around to me (I interrupted her), she barked at my technician about what she ought to do. Shortly after my timer went off and the tech wasn’t yet complete, Rebecca went on some tirade that could only be described as public humiliation. She chastised this poor woman, my nail tech, punctuating her vitriol-laced speech with her native language’s equivalent of “do you understand me” and “look at me while I’m talking to you!”
The icing on the cake was she called two poor souls who work for her (one of them was named Haley) to terrorize them over the phone. At one point, she said, “I don’t care if it’s right or wrong, you don’t do that when I am not here!”
This woman is hell breathing. I will keep my money on my pocket the next time.
Oh, and just in case the IRS is listening: she asks you to pay in Venmo. Venmo! Is she trying to evade taxes? 🤷🏾♀️ Keep your money and run far away from worker-abusing, rude-to-customers Rebecca at Coco Nails.
