I have always loved this place, great experience every time. Well not anymore! I went in with my mother in law and we both got the same pedicure yet I noticed both employees did something completely different. When we are both paying for the same service I would expect they would both do the same steps to a good pedicure. I will not be going back there anytime soon!!

Wonderful service on a set of gel nails from the nail technician, with a nice vibe to the place, which is spacious and clean. They do accept walk-ins, but appreciate reservations.

Wasn't impressed. I've never gotten my nails done before so I'm by no means an expert, but it was a terrible job.
One of my fingers is crooked, another has a giant air bubble, and another is causing my cuticle to turn black. My gel extensions are also super thick, I know enough that they shouldn't be that thick.
My free massage was the worst massage I've ever had. It hurt so badly. They are clearly not trained to massage.
Save your money and go elsewhere, I wish I did.

Great experience overall today at Miracle Nails. It was my first time going there because I know it's a little pricey. Today I spent $60 plus tip for a pedicure and a gel manicure. It was well worth it.
Nicole was very nice and my nails look fabulous. I was also looking for more ambiance to relax and I felt their facility was clean and cozy, perfect for a treat right before the holidays. I would recommend Miracle Nails if you are willing to pay a little extra for higher quality nails and great customer service!

I visit miracle nails every couple months and I usually get the gel manicure. I have never had a bad experience. The staff has been polite and profession, and that's all I can really ask for. I do a lot of cleaning and the gel nail polish lasts longer than I expect it to which is nice. My one complaint would be when I look over the nail colors, I tend to feel a bit rushed because there is usually an employee standing close behind me waiting... Not a fan of that.
